Selfcast is a global job placement platform that is servicing the stakeholders in the Film, TV, and advertising businesses, with job search and selection of Talents for productions.

Our Eastern European headquarter will be established in Poland under the name Selfcast Eastern Europe. Due to the size of the country, its significant film industry, and the IT sector, it was an obvious choice.

In Poland, the platform will contribute to regional and national job creation. Further, it contributes to the technological modernization of the local industry. The company's activities in a very exciting industry will create regional awareness beyond Poland's borders.

The stakeholders are the TALENTS - Actors, Models, Extras, Families, and the PRODUCERS – Production-,  Film- and TV companies, Advertising agencies, Film Directors, Casting Agencies, etc., and our LOCAL PARTNERS - typically significant players in the industry, who ensure a local affiliation in each country and help us build the national business.
It is difficult for the Talents to be discovered by the Producers, and for Producers to get in touch with both regional, national and international Talents to participate in their film productions. Therefore, they are today dependent on expensive middlemen and casters.
The Talents and Producers suffer from manual and time-consuming workflows with poor communication, old-fashioned or non-existent technology and tight deadlines, errors, stress, and high costs.

All these issues are solved with the Selfcast platform.

Through the Mobile App for the Talents and the web interface for the Producers, the platform digitalizes and automates the full business processes and reduces manual processes to a minimum. It saves time and money as Talents and Producers interact directly without a middleman (casters) who are disrupted both locally and internationally.
