INTEGRI - E-integration and team building service.
The platform will be based on a proprietary program of business psychologists and managers - practitioners, and will draw on the long-standing know-how of the creators in the implementation of team-building trips and corporate events, so that a given event can be personalized, and scenarios selected based on the results of psychological analysis of team members.
The tool is designed to create or strengthen relationships between team members and to help team leaders and management get to know team members better, in specific, created situations designed to replicate real-life situations, such as: formal/work situations, informal/private situations, stress/focus, time pressure/fatigue, entertainment/rest, creation/work automation, etc., building relationships/influencing people, performing/planning.
Designed for organizations and companies employing: people with disabilities, pregnant women and those on caregiving leave, senior citizens, home office workers, employees in different locations, often hundreds or thousands of kilometers away, and managers looking to strengthen team relationships.
