Energy infrastructure or industrial facilities usually have camera and sensor systems that allow control and the ability to catch unwanted events or breaches in the area. Most facilities have security guards who continuously monitor the camera images and additionally receive notifications if, for example, any sensor has picked up movement. When researching the market for such solutions, we noticed that most solutions are quite simple and are based only on recording camera images to disk with possible real-time viewing. Usually, alerts are provided at the installed detectors, e.g. within an app. Existing solutions are mostly dedicated to one manufacturer of equipment, which causes a lot of inconvenience for system administrators and prevents full integration.

Our tool, thanks to image analysis and aggregation of data from multiple sensors, will be able to capture the actual threat and enable viewing at the time of the event, without the need for manual verification of the material and matching the event to a particular sensor. The system will display alerts to security/owners with live viewing. Industrial network components such as sensors for temperature, humidity and measurement of other factors important for monitoring energy or production infrastructure will also be supported. The whole system is intended to be universal and connect to different types of hardware thanks to open integration protocols (including TCP/IP) and a proprietary API.

The business model is to sell the application on an annual subscription basis along with an implementation service. The application will be scalable, web-based, making it easy to use on any device with internet access and display which will significantly lower the implementation barriers of the solution.
